This Privacy Policy explains how Meta Rider (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.

## Summary

Meta Rider is an offline game. The App does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data with the developer or third parties. The App does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

## Information Stored on Your Device

To provide game functionality, the App stores the following information locally on your device:

- game progress, including unlocked levels, best completion times, and earned stars;
- achievements and collected in-game shards;
- unlocked and selected cosmetic skins; and
- game settings, such as sound, vibration, visual, and control preferences.

This information is used only to remember your progress and preferences. It is not sent to the developer or to any external server.

Your device or platform provider may include the App’s local data in a device backup, depending on your operating-system and backup settings. Such backups are controlled by you and the platform provider, not by the App.

## Data Collection and Tracking

The App does not:

- collect personal information;
- collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, health information, or other sensitive data;
- use cookies or similar tracking technologies;
- use third-party analytics or advertising services;
- track you across apps or websites;
- create user profiles or accounts; or
- offer purchases involving real money.

The App uses device features such as audio playback and optional haptic feedback only to provide gameplay. It does not access or record audio through the microphone.

## Third-Party Services

The App is built using software libraries that run as part of the App. In the current version, these libraries are not used to collect or transmit personal data.

If you download the App through the Apple App Store, Apple may process information related to the download, purchase history, device, or use of its services under Apple’s own privacy policy. The developer does not control Apple’s processing of that information.

## Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users. Because no account or personal-data submission is available, users cannot provide personal information through the App.

## Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until the App’s data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. You can delete this data by deleting the App from your device. The developer does not hold a server-side copy and therefore has no user data to retrieve or delete.

Any copy contained in a device backup is managed through your device or platform backup settings.

## Security

The App is designed to keep game progress and settings on your device. Although no method of electronic storage is completely secure, the App does not transmit this information to the developer or operate a remote database containing user information.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s features or data practices change. Any updated version will be posted at the App’s published Privacy Policy URL with a revised “Last updated” date. If a future version begins collecting data, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that collection occurs.
